Here are the steps to Share a Photo or Video to Flickr with Photos for OS X: Open 'Photos' app on your Mac. Browse the photo or video which you want to share and open it. To publish photos from iPhoto to Flickr, you need to set up a Flickr account with iPhoto and free Yahoo account to create a Flickr account. To set up a Flickr account, open 'iPhoto' and select 'Preferences' option and then click 'Accounts'. The 'Accounts' pane opens up.
